Dear Philip
This is to share the
sad news of the death of Keerthi H Alwis, another batch mate of ours.
He died on the 9th
June following a brief illness at John Radcliffe Hospital , Oxford.
He was a consultant
psychiatrist in uk and kept in touch with few of his friends. He was
quiet but a sincere friend. He was a Jeewakite( Buddhist Hostel).
The funeral
arrangements are scheduled for Tuesday 21st June at Barton Crematorium, Bayswater Road, Oxford OX3 9RZ from3.15 pm.
He is survived by his
wife Sumana and his son and daughter.
