to me
Dear Nana, Thanks for keeping the batch mates informed . I wish I can go like Raja suddenly rather than go through inevitable suffering of aging.specially in a foreign country. I wish I have the personality of my wife who is managing life with 10 percent of ejection fraction. We are still in Pittsburg . Love to have both of you at our house in late spring or summer of 2017.With Best Wishes. MBS.

to me, 1960, M.G.S, M.P.
Dear Philip

It is with sadness I share the death of another of our batch mates - Dr Raja Wannakukorala, who passed away peacefully at his home at Lotus Grove, Dehiwala, on 19th Saturday suddenly and unexpectedly.

Many of you would remember him as a very friendly, jovial and a helpful colleague and his sense of humour.

He was the MSU Editor and was also the author of popular book of medical jokes - 'Laughter is the Best Medicine'

He is survived by his wife Chandra and his 2 children Arjuna & Mihirani.

Funeral services are planned for Wednesday 23rd at Kanatta cemetery. The body is kept at Jayaratne funeral parlour from Tuesday.

I have spoken to his wife Chandra and offered our deepest sympathies.

Please share this with our batch mates.

Nana
