Maori song – Aue te Aroha
Albert Einstein published 4 articles in 1905 called the
Annus Mirabilis papers. These four works, as below, changed the world's views
on space, time and matter:
- The
article that was pivotal for the development of quantum theory: on a
heuristic viewpoint concerning the production and transformation of light.
- The
article that provided empirical evidence for the atomic theory: on the
motion of small particles in stationary liquid.
- The
article that shed light on special relativity: on electrodynamics of
moving bodies.
- The
groundbreaking article with the famous formula equating energy and mass
(E=mc2): does intertia of a body depend on its energy.
Albert published all of the above in a single year, when
he was just 26 years old.
