Hello Karu  &  Nana.

Regarding the charges  for the event  , I verified from Kapu today.

He made me to understand that

1.    The charge  of Rs  3500.00  applies to people attending the day                 event   only.   This will cover the period     from  morning  ( breakfast          excluded)  , to lunch  and  afternoon tea.   The  day event  ends  at                  6.00 pm.

2..    Evening event  starts  at  6.00 pm   with concert  followed by dinner              and   Sing along with  Sam the Man   going on till late evening.
This event  needs a furthter payment  for dinner.  The amount   of                  payment is not yet determined.  Kapu thinks  it may be around                      Rs1500.00  to  2000.00.

3.    For  those  who stay  in the  Hotel on payment  of the  Room charges
none of the above charges apply.

I hope the matter is clear.

I will send a copy   to  Philip  and  Kapu.  for their info. and corrections  if necessary.

Thanks Mana for the clarification.

This makes sense and worth notifying all in the circulation list .

Our thanks for the organisers for their continuying efforts.

Hope we would have a good response from the batch mates who are still kicking and well.

Regards

Nana
