 Odiyal Kool is a Jaffna Speciality  which is relished by Many during Deepavali. I
 may be a little late is sharing this Recipe. I received a Facebook link(2) for the Jaffna Kool
preparation by Peter > Kuruvita. As I had seen this  Video before on the internet, I did a search and found the

We had many centurion in Ceylon( lanka) once there was a study, and the results, I did not see(over 50 yrs ago)
My mother lived 96 yrs and we had 3 grand , great grand parents upto 102/104/106
And refusing western medicine, though many were family doctors , 
The records of births  , deaths , property was very bad until 50/100 yrs ago.
Deeds, birth and death records
Many people. All over the world , knew v little about exact dates of birth and dear.
Until 50/150 yrs ago, the records were inaccurate or non existent.

Bilingual literacy is still rare. And even in the more literate countries , , it's common for people to know only one language as in Europe , USA, Canada
Russia, china , Australia, and most of Africa and parts in Indian subcontinent.

With increased awareness literacy, jaela th, medical care will continue to improve, and we can easily reach 120 , but hopefully with fair health and not just survive , and be almost unable to function, as we see in nursing and elders homes.
Quality of life is more important than longitude.
With failing mind and body, the quality of life , measured by longevity, may not be that desirable
