you can cook the beetroot as a curry, .The leaves need less cooking,so they can be added after a few minutes of cooking the beet

You can make a mallung. Import some idiappam from Maradana Sandagiri and eat with kirihothi. Remember the 96! idiappam between you and Sarath Kapu. You will still be alive when we meet next.
