hello buddy,
you can cook the beetroot as a curry, .The leaves need less cooking,so they can be added after a few minutes of cooking the beet

Buddy
You can make a mallung. Import some idiappam from Maradana Sandagiri and eat with kirihothi. Remember the 96! idiappam between you and Sarath Kapu. You will still be alive when we meet next.
Kind regards

'Oh my papa' by Everly brothers,
sung about 60 years ago still plucks your heartstrings.
Words included.
"O mein Papa" is a German song, as related by a young woman remembering her beloved, once-famous clown father. It was written by Swiss composer Paul Burkhard in 1939 for a musical called Der Schwarze Hecht (The Black Pike), It was adapted into English by John Turner and Geoffrey Parsons under the title "Oh! My Pa-Pa".

According to dr rosmary Stantonbee beet is a source4 of folate fibre and potassium.the greens r rich in K CA FE beta carotene and vit c. low in kilojoules.rich inphytochemicals eg anthrocyanins and saponins and bind free radicalswhich r hamful. Its only drawbackis the hi content of oxalates, makes one prone to gout and kidney stones. Drink water ++.betacyanins, a plant pigment is said to protect against cancers.the greens r the most nutricious part.urine may turn red like haematuria.. I grew a cross between beet and silverbeet called RED LEGS.Some went to seed and there was red chaos in rthe neighbours garden.the didn’t complain and bought less spinach rudi ,.

Hi Buddy,
I have eaten beetroot leaves, cooked of course. They were cooked as a "Themparadu" preparation with maldive-fish, ground chilly powder etc. I am still alive!!!
