Different kinds of physical activity shown to improve brain volume & cut Alzheimer's risk in half

(IOS Press) A new study shows that a variety of physical activities from walking to gardening and dancing can improve brain volume and cut the risk of Alzheimer's disease by 50 percent.

High-fat diet halts Alzheimer’s and Parkinsons, study finds.

Researchers from the University of Copenhagen found eating a diet high in fats like coconut oils gave brain cells enough fuel to repair the damage to cells and DNA that causes ageing.
