I may add, spectacle users tend to look down at the ground which tends to create a permanent kyphosis in time.
Medically forgotten is the low Vit D3 in the brown skinned who need more time under the sun.
Low  protein intake even among the older affluent- more ladies is often ignored!
    Consciously lift chin  up 1 inch when walking, reading, especially the older ones.
And when loaded with sadness( depression).
And keep that calf pumping up and down, toes in touch with ground. You will have less leg swelling by evenings! And less chance of econ class synd.
Standing still for hours like the Gurkhas at the qeen’s palace is good for her; not for the gurkhas!!
