Minutes of the Organising Committee of Batch reunion July 2010. Held on 25th May 2010 at Dr M.P Wedisinghe’s residence

Minutes of the previous meeting was read and adopted
Kapu Says that the Cinnamon Lodge ,which is being refurbished right now will be ready for the
eventin July. This means that we need to take measures to check the availability of equipment and
electrical connections. Hence a visit to the Hotel by a delegation of our Committee members becomes
essential.
Nalini will send to the Hotel, a list of equipment required for the clinical sessions and the concert.

. From the figures shown above it is clear that we are working on a slim budget. Dr Jayakuru is requested to find some more sponsors.

The decision to charge a Registration Fee will depend on the final financial situation.

The Cost of the Group Photograph is fixed at Rs 1000.00 per copy.

As of 25th May 2010, a total of 90 rooms have been booked at Cinnamon Lodge and Chaya Village.

The Programme details were discussed again .
