Remembering Lalith Mendis, Neil Fonseka and Vasanthanathan.

It is time to recall some of our batch-mates who have passed away. The pictures above show the ever smiling Lalith Mendis who died of a stroke, Neil Fonseka who had a degenerative disease and Vasanthanathan who died of bullet wounds from the IPKF, in Vavuniya, Sri Lanka.

Geri Jayaseka our ever jovial batch-mate, gave an imitation of a 'one armed fiddler', at our 40th Anniversary reunion at Habarana. This is a picture of it taken in low light.

Fonseka - 'Fonny' is a very popular GP at Yatiyanthota for a long time. He related a few humorous incidents in his practice, as a warmup to the concert, held at our Habarana reunion.
