Dear all,
SCIENTIFIC SESSIONS
I know many of us felt we will not be in the mood to listen to talks at this stage of our lives & there'll be far better things to do at Habarana, but others liked the idea & Sarath needs it for sponsorships too! Anyway its certainly not compulsory to attend!Here's the list of topics we've received so far :
1. The applied anatomy and biomechanics of Muralidharan's bowling arm - Buddy Reid
2. Ethical Clinical Practice & Clinician As Advocate – Pearl Hettiarachchi
3. Lessons to be Learnt from Cinical Cases – Nanayakkara
4. Towards better Child Health – Maxie Fernandopulle
5. Food & Ethics – The Asian Dimension : Tissa Kappagoda
6. Fruits & Veges & Insulin Resistance : Tissa Kappagoda
7. Asthma : ?? Please volunteer
8. Allergy : ?? Please volunteer
9. Something special by Gerry
If anyone else would like to join in - please do send in your topic ASAP.Sarath has specially requested a talk on Asthma or Allergy or neuro epilepsy. Please volunteer.Thanks a lot.Nalini

Trip to Trincomalee
If anyone is interested in proceeding to Trincomalee from Habarana they could contact Club Oceanic Hotel Trinco & John Keells (which is planning to open a new hotel - Chaaya blue - on May 10th) directly and also make their own arrangements regarding transport.Some of our Australian colleagues are planning to go to Trinco from Habarana.
