I may add, spectacle users tend to look down at the ground which
tends to create a permanent kyphosis in time.
Medically forgotten is the low Vit D3 in the brown skinned who
need more time under the sun.
Low protein intake even among the older affluent- more
ladies is often ignored!
Consciously lift chin up 1 inch when walking, reading, especially the
older ones.
And when loaded with sadness( depression).
And keep that calf pumping up and down, toes in touch with
ground. You will have less leg swelling by evenings! And less chance of econ
class synd.
Standing still for hours like the Gurkhas at the qeen’s palace
is good for her; not for the gurkhas!!

In the mid 1950s I remember reading an enjoyable book titled 'Speeding North with the Royal Scot', from the library at Hartley College, Poin t-Pedro, Sri Lanka. It gave me a thrilling experience. The idea of filling the water tank of the steam engine while on the run, by scooping water from a linear pool between the sleepers, is one I remember well.

Forgiving in Islam
My God...
When I watched this video, I really didn't know what to think.
Because I'm not sure I would have been brave enough to forgive this man as they did.
I'm sharing this right now because if the world operated like this... Then maybe we'd know world peace much sooner than later.
